Comparison methodologies

At the moment five comparison methodologies are available:

Structural descriptors

●	matching algorithm for attributed directed graphs (input from task 6.12)þ

●	matching algorithm for directed graphs (input from task 6.12)þ

Topological descriptors

●	matching algorithm based on the Matching distance

●	matching algorithm based on the Hausdorff distance

Geometric descriptor

●	Distance between matrices of real values
