Shape descriptors

At the moment four tools for the extraction of the shape descriptors are available:

●	Two tools for structural descriptors based on the Reeb graph þ

●	defined on the distance from the barycentreþ

●	defined on the distance along z axis of the coordinate reference system of the shape

●	One tool for the topological descriptor based on the size-function theory þ

●	One tool for the geometric descriptor based on the spherical harmonic analysis
